§ 2001.412 ADMISSION TO BINGO GAMES. A person may not be denied access to a bingo game or the opportunity to participate in a game on the basis of race, colour, creed, religion, national origin, gender or disability or because he or she is not a member of the authorized authorized body that conducts the bingo game. (e) If two authorized organizations are authorized to play bingo on the same day on the same premises, the bingo opportunity of one organization may overlap with the bingo event of the other organization, but their games must be separated by the break required in paragraph (d). In this case, the break is considered part of each organization`s bingo opportunity. (a) If a licensee does not make the required return or if a person performs bingo without a licence, the Board shall estimate the prizes awarded at a bingo event or the gross rent received by a licensee for the rental of premises. The Commission shall establish the estimate for the period for which the licensee or another person has not made a declaration. (d) If the Commission does not act within the time limit laid down in points (b) or (c), the authorised organisation may act as if the change of premises or bingo events had been approved by the Commission and may host bingo in the new premises or during the new bingo event until the Commission responds to the request. Meanwhile, Naskila Gaming, a casino-like facility near Livingston, is at the center of an ongoing legal battle between the state and Alabama`s Coushatta tribe. (1) have been convicted of an offence listed in section 2001.105 (b) ;(2) who converted bingo equipment in a building for misuse;(3) converted funds that are or should have been in the bingo account of an authorized licensed organization;(4) took any action, individually or in consultation with another person, that affects the integrity of a bingo game; to which this Chapter applies; OR(5) has acted as an operator, manager, cashier, bailiff, appellant or vendor for an authorized authorized organization without being included in the register established under this section. (e) Unless an injunction is issued under this Section, an authorized authorized organization that lawfully operates on-site bingo under a licence to which paragraph (d) applies may continue to perform bingo on the premises after the death or incapacity of the commercial landlord`s licensee. (a) The Commission shall lay down the procedures for the approval of bingo cards. (b) A licensee may use or distribute a bingo card only if the card has been approved by the Council.

(c) The Commission may fix the price or draw up a price list for the sale or supply of bingo cards by an approved approved body. (d) An approved organization shall not sell or provide a bingo card at a price other than a price approved by the Commission or a scale fixed by the Commission. (e) The Commission may require an authorized body to notify the Commission of the price of bingo cards to be used by it during one or more reporting periods. (A) the name and taxpayer number of each authorized authorized organization that is a member of the entity; (B) the manner in which the net proceeds of the Unit`s bingo operations are distributed among the members of the Unit; (C) the name of the head of unit or the designated representative of the unit; and (D) the methods by which the unit may be dissolved and by which one or more members of the unit may withdraw from participation in the unit, including the distribution of funds, records and inventories and the apportionment of expenses and liabilities approved upon dissolution or deduction of one or more members of the unit. (d) An authorized authorized organization may lease or purchase electronic or mechanical card counters, miter dispensers, bingo machines, consoles, blowers and flash cards directly from an authorized dealer. (1) the applicant has paid the fee under section 2001.158;(2) the applicant is entitled to obtain a licence under this Chapter;(3) the applicant meets the requirements of a business owner under this sub-chapter;(4) the rent to be charged is fair and reasonable and is calculated and collected in accordance with section 2001.406;(5) there is no misappropriation of the proposed tenant`s funds from the legal purposes under the this Chapter; Chapter;(6) the person whose signature or name appears in the application is in all respects the actual party in the interest and is not an undisclosed representative or trustee of the actual party in the interest; and (7) the applicant leases the premises for the performance of bingo in accordance with this Chapter.
